Time Clock

Admins, Managers, Cashiers, and Staff can login to the app to clock in, take breaks, declare tips at the end of a shift, and clock out.

To manage or upgrade your Homebase plan, head to PayAnywhere Inside → Integrations → Homebase.

Clock In:

  • Navigate to Menu → Time Clock.
  • Select Clock In.
    • If a user is attempting to clock in early, or does not have a shift scheduled, Time Clock asks the user to get manager approval to override.
    • If there are multiple shifts available for a user, Time Clock asks user to select a shift.
  • User will see confirmation that they have clocked in.

Take Break:

  • Navigate to Menu → Time Clock.
  • If a break is available, select Take Break.
  • Time Clock indicates user is On Break.
  • Select End Break to clock back in.

Clock Out:

  • Navigate to Menu → Time Clock.
  • Select Clock Out.
    • If tip tracking is on, user is prompted to declare tips, then clock out.
  • Time Clock indicates user is clocked out. If a shift is available, user has the option to clock in again.
